Dr. Brittney moved to Elizabeth, Colorado in 1997 where she resided until she graduated high school. Growing up she played softball until suffering a knee injury, and was exposed to PT for the first time which piqued her interest of the sports medicine world. In 2011 she graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with her BBS in Athletic Training, and has continued working as a certified athletic trainer since graduation. In 2013 she graduated from Hardin-Simmons University once again, this time with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Since graduating from PT school, Brittney has worked in outpatient PT, specializing in sports and general orthopedics. She has obtained numerous post-graduate certifications including Functional Movement Screen (FMS), dry needling, Sportsmetrics, blood flow restriction, and Certified Nutritional Physical Therapist. She has also taken continuing education courses in kinesiology taping, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and pelvic floor dysfunction. Brittney specializes in manual therapy, sports rehab, post-operative rehab, sports performance, injury prevention, and nutrition.
When not treating patients, Brittney loves watching Denver sports, hiking with her dog, Belle, traveling, cycling, and spending time with her family and friends. Brittney loves her hometown of Elizabeth, and is excited to be back home, serving the community that has given her so much over the years!
