VO2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body utilizes at intense exercise. In other words– it measures your cardiovascular fitness level. Knowing this number can help you refine your training routine to gain maximum results. This is measured on a stationary bike or treadmill.

❓❔What is RMR❔❓
Resting metabolic rate is how many calories (or how much energy) your body requires if you remain completely at rest. This isn’t just the generic equation that your fitness/nutrition app uses, but an accurate measurement of what your body actually needs.

Belle hopes everyone is staying safe and warm during this storm!!

This snow is heavy and there's a lot of it, so when you go out to shovel it is important to!
