All About Hometown Sports Medicine

Hometown Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is not your run of the mill PT clinic.  Hometown is a cash-based, out-of-network physical therapy clinic that works for you, the patient, and not the insurance companies.  We do accept Pinnacol Worker's Comp as well as Medicare Part B.  At Hometown you will receive an individualized plan that will help you recover from your injuries, optimize your performance, and return to what you love most.

We are located at 39099 Hancock Pkwy, Elizabeth 80107 by appointment only.  We also offer mobile appointments for our cash based patients for an additional fee.
